Getting started with Buttnet 69

Buttnet Docs — v0.1.0

Getting started is as easy as sitting down. The network welcomes all wallets, regardless of size, provided they can sit.

Quick start

Contract address

1. Get TAO on Solana

$BUTT69 is priced in TAO, not SOL. You need TAO on Solana. Swap SOL or USDC for it on Jupiter or Raydium, and check the mint address before you confirm. Anything else calling itself TAO on Solana is not the one this pairs with.

2. Buy $BUTT69

It trades on a Raydium pool with locked liquidity, priced in TAO, and shows up on Jupiter and Dexscreener like any other token. Buy it from StonkFun's token page or straight through Jupiter.

3. Sit

Now you can be a validator. TAO arrives in your wallet when the platform runs a reward cycle. There is nothing to claim and nothing to stake. You need at least US$20 of $BUTT69 in the wallet at the moment a cycle runs to be included in it. Max sit.

SplitPaid to holders pro-rata by how much they are sitting on, after a platform fee of approximately 2.5% to cover network and distribution costs.
Minimum balanceA wallet must be holding at least US$20 of $BUTT69 at the moment a cycle runs to be included in it. Below that, the cycle passes you by.
CadencePlatform-run reward cycles. Historically about hourly. Not guaranteed.

Running a validator

Validators are the seat of the network. To become one, sit on $BUTT69. To stop being one, stand up, at which point you become a miner for exactly one transaction and are thanked for your service.
